This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how AZA Athletics, LLC and its AZA Futsal brand handle order processing, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment is completed through Stripe or another third-party checkout provider. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, limited releases, private club drops, or pre-order timelines.
Some bespoke club products may be produced or fulfilled in batches. If a product is part of a club drop, pre-order, or limited production window, estimated fulfillment timing may be provided on the product page or through club communication.
Shipping
Shipping options, costs, delivery estimates, and carrier details may be shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, incorrect addresses, production timing, customs, or other events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. AZA Futsal is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange availability may depend on the product type.
General AZA products may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Bespoke club products, customized items, limited club drops, items with club logos, personalized products, final sale items, and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may be non-returnable:
- customized or club-specific products
- products with embroidered or stitched club marks
- made-to-order or limited club drop items
- worn, washed, damaged, or altered items
- final sale items
- gift cards, if offered
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may depend on Stripe, the customer’s bank, or the applicable payment provider.
Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
